Correspondence with Patrick Flynn about offshore company services.
Here is an email sent to McKenzie regarding their inquiry about offshore banking services. The only reason they are communicating with Flynn relates to his referral of customers to Euro Pacific Bank. But while Flynn lists 29 separate banking jurisdictions he works with, he doesn’t mention Puerto Rico.
In addition, he writes that if privacy is a consideration, he specifically recommends The Seychelles, Panama, Nevis, and Belize.
It’s clear from Flynn’s reply that while he did refer some clients to Euro Pacific Bank, it was a small part of his business, as Euro Pacific Bank did not offer private accounts and our compliance was much too strict. This is the opposite of what Grieve and McKenzie claimed during the 60 Minutes broadcast and in The Age article.
