Email from Grieve to McKenzie discussing an investor and tax evasion.

Grieve’s Email to McKenzie

Email from Grieve to McKenzie tell him about Peter Schiff.

In this email it appears that Grieve has an idea for a clever headline. She wrote that I I like to tell people that I “predicted the Global Financial Crisis,” but I “don’t like to tell them that I’m the target of the world’s five most powerful tax chiefs for money laundering and tax evasion.” First, I don’t just tell people I predicted the Global Financial Crisis — I did, in fact, predict it. Second, in August of 2020, I had no idea I was the target of anything. The government told Grieve but did not tell me or anyone at the bank.

It’s also suspicious that Nine did not produce McKenzie’s reply. So either he never replied, or they illegally destroyed his reply to avoid producing it in discovery. In fact, though Nine did produce several emails from Grieve to McKenzie, they only produced two emails from McKenzie to Grieve. That is even more suspicious. Also, the fact that so few emails between Grieve to McKenzie, and not a single text message, were produced is even more suspicious. So not only did Grieve and McKenzie commit fraud when they produced the 60 Minutes broadcast and wrote The Age article, but they also committed fraud against the court by destroying most of the evidence.
